Controlled Training Solutions (CTS) provides all of the training needs of the Controlled Solutions Group.
It rapidly expanded externally of the group to meet the growing demand for quality training and qualifications within the sports, leisure and entertainment safety and security industry.
The CTS Business Manager, Ged McKean and the company's non-executive Director of Training, Sir John Jones, oversee our training programmes and draw on their successful experience of writing bespoke motivational and teamwork courses for a diverse range of organisations, to ensure that all staff within the Controlled Solutions Group accept individual responsibility for making their contribution to the success of the clients' operation.
As well as possessing many years of sector experience, most of our educators also hold Post Graduate Certificates or Masters Degrees in Education.
Working closely with local Learning and Skills Councils (LSCs), accredited examining bodies and local colleges, we strive to produce, through training, first class safety and security personnel who are capable of providing nothing but the highest standards of professional care and service within the sports, leisure and entertainments industry.
